Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 5, 2026
1. Overview. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ALGORA1 Terminal and related websites and services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by ALGORA1, LLC ("ALGORA1," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service. ALGORA1 Terminal is a subscription-based, web-hosted application that provides real-time market data, multi-year charting, a saved watchlist, proprietary informational market studies and signal indicators, and optional alerts for U.S. equities. The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. It does not route orders, execute trades, custody funds or securities, open brokerage accounts, or provide personalized investment advice.
3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Accounts and Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We store your password only as a salted hash and never have access to it in plaintext. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and Billing. Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription, processed through our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions may include a trial period and renew automatically until cancelled. Your subscription status is verified on an ongoing basis, and access may be suspended when a subscription lapses. Fees are described at the point of sale and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated.
6. Acceptable Use. You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the market data or any Service output; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the proprietary studies, indicators, thresholds, or source code; (c) circumvent authentication, the subscription gate, or any security or usage controls; (d) share your account or access credentials; or (e) use the Service in violation of any applicable law or any third-party data provider's terms.
7. No Financial Advice. In connection with the Service, ALGORA1 does not act as a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and the Service does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice or any recommendation to buy or sell any security. All investment and trading decisions, and any resulting gains or losses, are solely your responsibility. See our Disclaimer.
8. Risk Acknowledgment. You understand and accept that trading securities involves substantial risk, including loss of principal; that past, historical, or simulated results do not guarantee future results; and that the Service may experience errors, delays, or interruptions due to system issues, third-party providers, or market conditions.
9. Intellectual Property. ALGORA1 retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, documentation, and the proprietary studies, indicators, and signal methodologies. Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use. Market data remains the property of its respective providers. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.
10. Third-Party Services. The Service integrates with third-party providers, including market-data providers, a payment processor, and (optionally) Discord. ALGORA1 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
11. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as otherwise necessary to protect the Service or its users. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and discontinuing use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALGORA1 and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ALGORA1 for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALGORA1 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
15. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the District of Columbia.
16. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Acknowledgment. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you: (1) understand the risks of trading and that the Service is informational only; (2) accept full responsibility for your own trading and investment decisions and outcomes; and (3) agree to comply with these Terms.
