Software Description
ALGORA1 develops algorithmic investing tools that allow users to automate trading strategies using real-time market data. The Software is designed for informational and analytical purposes only and does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for setting up and maintaining their own virtual machines and ensuring their execution environment is secure and functional.

Users must manage their own API keys, credentials, and account access; ALGORA1 does not have access to or store this information.

Users acknowledge that all investment and trading decisions made using the Software, including resulting gains or losses, are entirely their responsibility.

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and brokerage or platform requirements when using the Software.
No Financial Advice
ALGORA1 is not a licensed financial advisor or broker-dealer. The Software is provided “as-is” for educational and automation purposes. Users must make their own independent decisions regarding trades and investments.
Risk Acknowledgment
Trading securities, derivatives, or other financial instruments involves substantial risk. Users understand and accept that:

Governing Law

ALGORA1 may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any changes. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
