ALGORA1 is a technology platform that provides user-configured algorithmic trading tools and does not operate as a custodian of user assets or credentials. The platform does not collect, store, or access brokerage login information, API keys, or sensitive financial account data beyond what is strictly required for software functionality.
Users are solely responsible for establishing and maintaining their own execution environment, including virtual machines, system configurations, security controls, and data storage practices.
All API keys and brokerage connections are managed directly by the user or through authorized third-party brokerage integrations. ALGORA1 does not store or retain access to user credentials.
Encrypted communications may be used within the software environment; however, users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security standards within their own systems.
Brokerage, Advisory Status & Use of Service
ALGORA1 is a technology provider and registered investment adviser (“RIA”) or advisory affiliate (as applicable), offering software tools that allow users to design, configure, and execute their own trading strategies.
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written advisory agreement and required regulatory disclosures, ALGORA1 does not provide personalized investment advice, discretionary portfolio management, tax advice, or legal advice outside the scope of its registered activities.
Securities brokerage services are provided by a registered third-party broker-dealer. ALGORA1 does not hold, custody, or control client funds or securities.
Risk & Responsibility
Use of algorithmic trading systems involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of principal. Market conditions may change rapidly, and automated systems may experience delays, execution errors, connectivity issues, or model limitations.
Past performance, simulated results, and system outputs are not guarantees of future results.
Users acknowledge full responsibility for all trading decisions, execution outcomes, gains, and losses.
ALGORA1 assumes no liability for losses arising from system use, misuse, third-party failures, or market conditions.
Third-Party Systems
The platform may integrate with third-party services, including brokerage APIs and market data providers. These third parties operate under their own terms and policies. ALGORA1 is not responsible for their performance, downtime, data accuracy, or security practices.
User Acknowledgment
By using the platform, users acknowledge that they understand the risks of algorithmic trading, maintain full control over their execution environment, and accept responsibility for all outcomes resulting from their use of the software.
ALGORA1 provides tools on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind unless otherwise specified in a formal advisory agreement.
