Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 8, 2026
ALGORA1 does not offer free trials. Access is provided through a monthly membership that includes AI credits for creating AI-powered strategies. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service; where the two describe the same thing they are meant to agree, and if they ever conflict, the Terms govern.
KEY RULES
AI credits included. Your membership includes a set amount of AI credits each billing period, usable for creating AI-powered strategies. Unused credits roll over rather than expiring.
Additional credits. Further AI credits may be purchased separately if you need more.
Recurring membership. Memberships renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
No refunds. Membership payments and additional AI credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where we have charged you in error.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, and you keep full access until that period ends. Your account, saved work and any unspent credit are retained, so resubscribing returns you to the same account. If you ask us to delete your account entirely, any unspent credit is forfeited at that point.
Billing errors. If you are charged twice for the same period, charged after a valid cancellation took effect, or charged an amount that does not match the price shown at the time, contact us and we will investigate. Where we find a charge was made in error we refund it in full — that is a correction, not an exception.
Trading losses are not refundable. Orders placed in a brokerage account you connect are real orders in your own account. ALGORA1 does not hold your funds or securities, cannot reverse a filled order, and does not compensate for market losses, missed opportunities, or orders your broker refused, delayed, or filled at a price you did not expect.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ALGORA1 after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
