Informational Market-Data Service. ALGORA1 Terminal is a technology platform, operated by ALGORA1, LLC ("ALGORA1"), that provides real-time market data, charting, and proprietary informational studies for U.S. equities. It also models buy-and-hold baskets of those securities and can suggest how capital might be split across them. No basket, weight, or ranking it displays is a recommendation to buy or hold any security. ALGORA1 does not hold or custody funds or securities, open brokerage accounts, or manage assets for you, and it is not a broker-dealer, exchange, clearing firm, or registered investment adviser.

One optional feature goes beyond information. If you connect a brokerage account — Robinhood, Webull or Public.com, which connect directly, or Alpaca, Tradier, tastytrade, E*TRADE, Charles Schwab, moomoo or TradeStation, which connect through the third-party provider SnapTrade, and no others — the Service reads that account and places orders in it. AUTOMATIC TRADING IS THE DEFAULT: from the moment you connect, orders that satisfy the limits you configure are sent to that brokerage without notice to you and without any further act by you, and the Service selects securities, sides and sizes on its own within those limits. You may switch the account to review, so that every order waits for your approval, and you may change the limits, stop trading, or disconnect at any time. Your brokerage receives, executes, and clears every order on its own terms. You are responsible for every order placed in your account, including — and especially — those placed automatically at your instruction. All trading decisions and their outcomes are solely yours.

No Investment Advice. In connection with the Service, ALGORA1 does not act as a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and nothing in the Service constitutes personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security. The proprietary studies, signals, buy and sell markers, Strategy Reports, strategy rankings, static-engine figures, suggested basket weights, strategy briefs, and anything the brokerage agent says or proposes are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are produced by applying fixed rules to historical market data, are identical for every subscriber viewing the same ticker, and are never tailored to any subscriber's holdings, finances, risk tolerance, or objectives; a signal, score, or ranking is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold. You are responsible for evaluating the information and for your own decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting.

Hypothetical Performance. Every trade, price, profit-or-loss figure, total, score, and ranking presented in the Service is HYPOTHETICAL and was computed after the fact by applying rules to past data. The only exceptions are the balances, positions and order records read from a brokerage account you have connected, and the activity log of orders actually placed on it: those are real, are reported to us by your broker, and may still be delayed or incomplete. Everything else — every study, signal, marker, Strategy Report, ranking and static-engine figure — is modelled. No hypothetical record reflects actual trading, and hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they do not account for commissions, fees, taxes, spreads, slippage, partial or missed fills, borrowing costs, liquidity constraints, or the discipline required to follow a rule set through a losing period, and they benefit from being applied to a period whose outcome is already known. Market data may reflect a single venue rather than the full consolidated market, so a modeled fill price may not have been obtainable. Positions still open are marked at the latest available price rather than a completed sale, and are reported separately from realized results. Past performance and any simulated, modeled, or historical result is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results, and no subscriber should expect to reproduce any figure shown. Universe selection. The tickers scored by the Service are the constituents of the S&P 100 as currently composed. Companies that have left the index, been acquired, or failed are not included, so every security measured is one that remained in the index through the period shown; this survivorship effect flatters aggregate results by an amount the Service does not estimate. The strategy's parameters were also selected using the same historical period the figures describe, so no figure derived from that period is an out-of-sample result.

Strategy Briefs & Automation. The Service can render a ticker's rules, or a basket's holdings and weights, as a brief, and hand that brief to the brokerage agent described above in a single action inside the terminal. Any allocation, weight, or share count in a brief is a value you entered or that our optimiser computed from past prices, not a recommendation as to position size. Sharing a brief with the agent while an account is connected in its default mode will cause orders to be placed in that account. If you act on a brief — through the agent, by hand, or through any other automated system — you are responsible for reading it before you share it, for reviewing and testing it before risking capital, for supervising what runs on it, and for every order placed and every resulting gain or loss. Automated and AI-generated systems can misinterpret rules, act on stale or erroneous data, place duplicate or unintended orders, fail silently, or behave in ways their own output does not describe, and live results routinely differ from any model. Nothing in a brief is an instruction from ALGORA1 to trade, and no output of the Service authorizes any person or system to trade on your behalf other than the authority you grant by connecting an account. Where a brief names a brokerage, platform, or tool while describing how a rule could be expressed, that name is used for identification only; ALGORA1 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for that firm, and does not warrant that any described order type is available, permitted, or suitable there.

Market Data. Market data is obtained from third-party sources believed to be reliable but is provided "as is" and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may reflect a single trading venue rather than the consolidated market. ALGORA1 does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data, study, or output.

No Market Alerts. The Service does not send market alerts of any kind — there is no SMS, email, or chat delivery of a price move, a signal, a fill, or any other market event, and NOTHING IN THE SERVICE SHOULD BE RELIED UPON TO NOTIFY YOU THAT SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED IN THE MARKET OR IN YOUR ACCOUNT. Market information appears only while you are viewing the terminal. The Service sends no text messages at all. The only email it sends is account correspondence you have asked for, such as a password-reset link.

Artificial Intelligence. Two features of the Service are powered by Claude, operated by Anthropic, PBC: the algorithm builder, which receives only the text you type into it, and the brokerage agent, which additionally receives information about a connected account — balances, buying power, positions, order history, and any brief you share — because it cannot act on an account it cannot read. Your brokerage credential is never sent to Anthropic. An AI system can misread a rule, misjudge a market, act on stale or incorrect data, or state something it did not do; nothing either feature produces is personalized investment advice or a recommendation, and the guardrails described in our Terms — not the model — are what limit what may be placed in your account. If you are unwilling for your account holdings to be transmitted to Anthropic, do not connect an account.

Credentials & Security. ALGORA1 does not collect your brokerage password, Social Security number, or bank account information. If you connect a brokerage account, ALGORA1 stores the access credential that brokerage issued you, encrypted, solely to read that account and to submit orders you or your configured limits authorize; it is deleted when you disconnect. No safeguard is absolute, and storing a credential that can place orders carries risk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ALGORA1 login and for notifying us, and revoking access at your brokerage, if you suspect unauthorized use.

Risk. Trading and investing in securities involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Market conditions can change rapidly, and software may experience delays, interruptions, errors, or model limitations.

Third-Party Systems. The Service integrates with third-party providers, including market-data and historical-data providers, a payment processor, a transactional email provider, a hosting provider, an artificial-intelligence provider, and — where you have connected an account — that brokerage. These third parties operate under their own terms and policies, and ALGORA1 is not responsible for their performance, downtime, data accuracy, or security practices. In particular, ALGORA1 does not control whether your brokerage accepts, rejects, delays, or fills an order, at what price it fills, or whether its interface is available at all, and ALGORA1 is not responsible for any of those outcomes.

Charting Attribution. Interactive charts in the Service are rendered with TradingView Lightweight Charts™ (Copyright © 2025 TradingView, Inc., https://www.tradingview.com/), used under the Apache License 2.0.

Acknowledgment. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand these risks, that everything the Service displays is informational, that the performance figures it presents are hypothetical, that if you connect an account the Service will place orders in it automatically unless you switch it to review, that you retain full responsibility for your own trading and investment decisions and for every order placed in your account whether or not you approved it individually, and that the Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in our Terms of Service.

Investing involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. The software, tools, services, signals, strategies, and all content provided by ALGORA1 are offered strictly for informational and educational purposes only. All performance data, examples, charts, backtests, and results displayed are hypothetical or simulated. These are prepared with the benefit of hindsight and selected to illustrate the capabilities of our software.

Hypothetical or simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not account for real-world factors such as slippage, commissions, fees, liquidity constraints, or market conditions. No representation is made that any account will achieve similar performance. Decisions to buy, sell, hold, or trade any securities, derivatives, futures, forex, or other financial instruments carry substantial risk and should only be made after consultation with qualified financial professionals.

ALGORA1 does not provide personalized investment advice, manage funds, or have access to users’ brokerage accounts or personal financial information. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results.
