ALGORA1 Terminal is a technology platform, operated by ALGORA1, LLC ("ALGORA1"), that provides real-time market data, charting, and proprietary informational studies for U.S. equities. It is a data and information product only. The Service does not route orders, execute trades, hold or custody funds or securities, open brokerage accounts, connect to your brokerage, or manage assets on your behalf. You continue to trade wherever you already maintain your own accounts, and all trading decisions and their outcomes are solely yours.

 

No Investment Advice. In connection with the Service, ALGORA1 does not act as a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and nothing in the Service constitutes personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security. The proprietary signals, studies, badges, and other outputs in the Service are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are responsible for evaluating the information and for your own decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting.

 

Market Data. Market data is obtained from third-party sources believed to be reliable but is provided "as is" and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. ALGORA1 does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data, study, or output.

 

Credentials & Security. ALGORA1 does not collect or store your brokerage logins, API keys, or sensitive financial account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ALGORA1 login credentials.

Market conditions can change rapidly, and software may experience delays, interruptions, errors, or model limitations. Third-Party Systems. The Service integrates with third-party providers, including market-data providers, a payment processor, and (optionally) Discord. These third parties operate under their own terms and policies, and ALGORA1 is not responsible for their performance, downtime, data accuracy, or security practices.
